Description

Section 2 of the CDT along the Idaho/Montana border runs for 33.7 miles from Targhee Pass/US Hwy 20 on the Idaho/Montana border to Red Rock Pass Road. Along the way, the trail crosses over the Idaho/Montana border several times and passes Bald Peak, Targhee Peak, Hwy 87, and Saddle Mountain.
